For Account Management Champions:
- Be the go-to person for our clients. They’ll trust you like family.
- Spot opportunities to make our clients even happier (upselling is just a fancy word for “helping them win more”).
- Turn client feedback into real product improvements – your voice shapes what we build.
- Basically, be the person clients rave about at industry conferences.
For Product Management Innovators:
- Lead the development of cutting-edge fintech products that transform financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive product strategy.
- Ensure product features align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have 5+ years in B2B software sales, account management, or product management (fintech/BFSI experience = instant high-five).
- Have a successful and verifiable track record in your previous roles.
- Know your way around African banking regulations and digital trends .
- Can tell stories with data but never forget the human behind the numbers.
- Get energy from solving puzzles – African fintech’s full of them.
- Are equal parts strategist and relationship-builder (you’re the type who remembers clients’ kids’ names).
